練習(xí)翻譯基本功，首先要培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，訓(xùn)練聽說讀寫譯的基本能力，而且要大膽放開去說英語。在學(xué)會了翻譯的同時，也要保有自己書寫的能力。在交稿之前嘗試讀給自己聽，小聲唇讀就可以，會發(fā)現(xiàn)不少錯誤。

　　翻譯是一個日積月累的過程，積累詞匯表達(dá)，特別是具有國內(nèi)特色的詞匯，隨手可以記下中英的對照表達(dá)，作為自己的知識儲備，以備不時之需。

　　我們從政府工作報告中選出了幾個具有國內(nèi)特色的譯文進(jìn)行講解：

　　例1.“按照出手要快，出拳要重，措施要準(zhǔn)，工作要實的要求”

　　in accordance with the requirement that we act fast, be forceful, take targeted measures and stress implementation; take fast, forceful, targeted and effective measures as required; We must act fast, be forceful, take targeted measures and stress implementation as required.

　　例2.八榮八恥

　　以熱愛祖國為榮、以危害祖國為恥，以服務(wù)人民為榮、以背離人民為恥，以崇尚科學(xué)為榮、以愚昧無知為恥，以辛勤勞動為榮、以好逸惡勞為恥，以團(tuán)結(jié)互助為榮、以損人利己為恥，以誠實守法為榮、以違法亂紀(jì)為恥，以艱苦奮斗為榮、以驕奢淫逸為恥。

　　無論到什么時候，都要扎扎實實地學(xué)習(xí)基本功，學(xué)習(xí)翻譯基本功的小竅門：

　　1、翻譯沒有捷徑，勤奮是必須的。練習(xí)名著翻譯，對照名家找差距。

　　2、工具書是不可缺少的。

　　對國內(nèi)特色的內(nèi)容，王老師推薦北大出版社的《漢英國內(nèi)專有名稱和術(shù)語簡明字典》;

　　針對國內(nèi)的機(jī)構(gòu)名稱，推薦《漢英國內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)手冊》和今日國內(nèi)出版的《漢英國內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)名稱手冊》以及《漢英中外組織機(jī)構(gòu)名稱手冊》;

　　涉及到宗教的說法，推薦《漢英英漢世界宗教詞典》;

　　其他翻譯方面的知識，推薦《漢英雙解成語詞典》、《常用藏語人名地名字典》、《漢英古今常用詞匯詞典》以及新世界出版社出版的《國內(nèi)關(guān)鍵詞》，《國內(nèi)關(guān)鍵詞》對于現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)一些特有說法可以給大家很好的參考。

　　3、漢譯英要避免“Chinglish”的問題。

　　4、內(nèi)宣與外宣的口徑應(yīng)該不同。我們對內(nèi)講話和對外講話的主語是不一樣的。中文的重復(fù)和啰嗦的內(nèi)容，在譯成英語時要注意。中文愛用形容詞，有個人傾向、主觀性強(qiáng)的詞匯譯成英語時也要注意減少。

　　5、翻譯的流程通常是拿到稿子之后，先至少讀兩遍，弄清中文，再根據(jù)文章主題去找參考、做功課。如果有和翻譯前輩在一起工作的機(jī)會，一定要從前輩身上多學(xué)習(xí)。還有要不恥下問，翻譯是個不斷學(xué)習(xí)的過程，能得到別人的指導(dǎo)是一個提高自己的捷徑。

　　6、校對稿件的時候要使用正確的校對符號。

　　7、語料庫的積累。通常要找中英對照的資料，比如政府工作報告和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的重要講話等。

　　8、借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)的力量，一些機(jī)構(gòu)名稱、活動名、人名、生卒年、新詞等都可以從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上獲取。

　　9、一些翻譯規(guī)則也需要掌握：比如標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號、大小寫、朝代要加上時間、縮寫、鐵路線名稱、區(qū)域名稱(京津翼、大灣區(qū))等。

　　10、平時學(xué)習(xí)時可以讀原著、看英文電影電視劇、學(xué)習(xí)唱英文歌?？梢悦刻?*半小時的英文內(nèi)容收看，還要用紙筆做記錄，練習(xí)反應(yīng)速度，比如先看中文字幕，在腦子里反映英文，再和字幕中的英文表達(dá)作對照，記下一些好的表達(dá)。歌曲是文化的一種表現(xiàn)，比如國內(nèi)的戲曲，可以學(xué)習(xí)其中的表達(dá)，并培養(yǎng)語感。

　　11、口語好，筆譯一定棒。王老師認(rèn)為同傳是翻譯的**高境界，因為對翻譯的體力、綜合實力、腦中豐富的語料庫，反應(yīng)、加工速度，表達(dá)能力都有很高的要求。

　　12、要有記錄工作的良好習(xí)慣。算語料庫的一部分，是對自己工作的總結(jié)。也方便計算稿費(fèi)，為評職稱積累翻譯量。
