練習(xí)翻譯基本功，首先要培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，訓(xùn)練聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫譯的基本能力，而且要大膽放開(kāi)去說(shuō)英語(yǔ)。在學(xué)會(huì)了翻譯的同時(shí)，也要保有自己書寫的能力。在交稿之前嘗試讀給自己聽(tīng)，小聲唇讀就可以，會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)不少錯(cuò)誤。

　　翻譯是一個(gè)日積月累的過(guò)程，積累詞匯表達(dá)，特別是具有國(guó)內(nèi)特色的詞匯，隨手可以記下中英的對(duì)照表達(dá)，作為自己的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備，以備不時(shí)之需。

　　我們從政府工作報(bào)告中選出了幾個(gè)具有國(guó)內(nèi)特色的譯文進(jìn)行講解：

　　例1.“按照出手要快，出拳要重，措施要準(zhǔn)，工作要實(shí)的要求”

　　例2.八榮八恥

　　無(wú)論到什么時(shí)候，都要扎扎實(shí)實(shí)地學(xué)習(xí)基本功，學(xué)習(xí)翻譯基本功的小竅門：

　　1、翻譯沒(méi)有捷徑，勤奮是必須的。練習(xí)名著翻譯，對(duì)照名家找差距。

　　2、工具書是不可缺少的。

　　對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)特色的內(nèi)容，王老師推薦北大出版社的《漢英國(guó)內(nèi)專有名稱和術(shù)語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)明字典》;

　　針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)的機(jī)構(gòu)名稱，推薦《漢英國(guó)內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)手冊(cè)》和今日國(guó)內(nèi)出版的《漢英國(guó)內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)名稱手冊(cè)》以及《漢英中外組織機(jī)構(gòu)名稱手冊(cè)》;

　　涉及到宗教的說(shuō)法，推薦《漢英英漢世界宗教詞典》;

　　其他翻譯方面的知識(shí)，推薦《漢英雙解成語(yǔ)詞典》、《常用藏語(yǔ)人名地名字典》、《漢英古今常用詞匯詞典》以及新世界出版社出版的《國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)鍵詞》，《國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)鍵詞》對(duì)于現(xiàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)一些特有說(shuō)法可以給大家很好的參考。

　　3、漢譯英要避免“Chinglish”的問(wèn)題。

　　4、內(nèi)宣與外宣的口徑應(yīng)該不同。我們對(duì)內(nèi)講話和對(duì)外講話的主語(yǔ)是不一樣的。中文的重復(fù)和啰嗦的內(nèi)容，在譯成英語(yǔ)時(shí)要注意。中文愛(ài)用形容詞，有個(gè)人傾向、主觀性強(qiáng)的詞匯譯成英語(yǔ)時(shí)也要注意減少。

　　5、翻譯的流程通常是拿到稿子之后，先至少讀兩遍，弄清中文，再根據(jù)文章主題去找參考、做功課。如果有和翻譯前輩在一起工作的機(jī)會(huì)，一定要從前輩身上多學(xué)習(xí)。還有要不恥下問(wèn)，翻譯是個(gè)不斷學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程，能得到別人的指導(dǎo)是一個(gè)提高自己的捷徑。

　　6、校對(duì)稿件的時(shí)候要使用正確的校對(duì)符號(hào)。

　　7、語(yǔ)料庫(kù)的積累。通常要找中英對(duì)照的資料，比如政府工作報(bào)告和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的重要講話等。

　　8、借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)的力量，一些機(jī)構(gòu)名稱、活動(dòng)名、人名、生卒年、新詞等都可以從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上獲取。

　　9、一些翻譯規(guī)則也需要掌握：比如標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)、大小寫、朝代要加上時(shí)間、縮寫、鐵路線名稱、區(qū)域名稱(京津翼、大灣區(qū))等。

　　10、平時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)可以讀原著、看英文電影電視劇、學(xué)習(xí)唱英文歌?？梢悦刻?*半小時(shí)的英文內(nèi)容收看，還要用紙筆做記錄，練習(xí)反應(yīng)速度，比如先看中文字幕，在腦子里反映英文，再和字幕中的英文表達(dá)作對(duì)照，記下一些好的表達(dá)。歌曲是文化的一種表現(xiàn)，比如國(guó)內(nèi)的戲曲，可以學(xué)習(xí)其中的表達(dá)，并培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感。

　　11、口語(yǔ)好，筆譯一定棒。王老師認(rèn)為同傳是翻譯的**高境界，因?yàn)閷?duì)翻譯的體力、綜合實(shí)力、腦中豐富的語(yǔ)料庫(kù)，反應(yīng)、加工速度，表達(dá)能力都有很高的要求。

　　12、要有記錄工作的良好習(xí)慣。算語(yǔ)料庫(kù)的一部分，是對(duì)自己工作的總結(jié)。也方便計(jì)算稿費(fèi)，為評(píng)職稱積累翻譯量。
